Marek blends a strong background in Teleinformatics, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence with natural managerial and organizational skills. He has been in charge of developing and building key business relationships and CodiLime’s growth in the US, working closely with strategic partners and clients in Sillicon Valley for the last five years.As CEO of CodiLime, Marek is developing the business globally using the experience he has gained working with the world’s tech and innovation leaders. To strengthen CodiLime’s development, he emphasizes building quality by hiring the best staff and developing internal talents. Before he joined CodiLime he developed machine learning-based enhancements for Microsoft in their Redmond headquarters.

Tomasz co-founded CodiLime in 2011 and during his tenure as CEO has twice led the company to top ranking in Deloitte’s CE Technology Fast 50 Reports. With his visionary approach and excellent business development skills, Tomasz has also been recognized as the EY Entrepreneur of the Year in the New Business category.While he has recently taken over the reins at deepsense.ai, a CodiLime spin-off, he will continue to support CodiLime’s further development as a Board member. He uses his skills to build its position as a European leader in AI. Before building fast-growing business in Codilime and deepsense.ai, Tomasz gained international experience at Ryanair, managing the airline’s expansion in Central Europe. He also helped develop LOT Polish Airlines and Nordic Gaming Group holding managerial sales and marketing positions.

Bartosz supervises SDN projects delivered to the most strategic clients. He has outstanding software development skills and expertise in networking technology. Bartosz showcased his programming skills in reaching the semi-finals during the Google Code Jam, as well as during the Polish National Olympiad in Informatics, where he was a finalist. He is also the lead programmer in the OpenStack Heat group, working on OpenStack orchestration to create a complete environment for managing the entire lifecycle of network infrastructure.He supports the development of young talent as a mentor. He has also been a member of the jury in algorithm contests of the ADB polish Olympiad in informatics. Before co-founding CodiLime he worked for Samsung and Facebook as a software development team member.
